Henrijs is an attorney-at-law with over 20 years of legal practice experience, specializing in real estate and construction law. He is the Head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice Group at ZAB PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal.
Henrijs has extensive experience advising clients on real estate transactions, property development and construction, property management, lease and tenancy matters, spatial planning and zoning issues, as well as environmental law. He has advised numerous real estate developers on the development and construction of apartment buildings, residential villages, industrial facilities, and shopping centers, and has also provided counsel to designers and construction companies. Additionally, Henrijs specializes in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, corporate reorganizations, insolvency and liquidation matters, as well as dispute resolution and litigation.
Prior to joining ZAB PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, Henrijs worked at several law firms in Latvia and practiced for an extended period at one of the largest pan-Baltic law firm alliances.
He has been a member of the Latvian Bar Association since 2014.
