Kristine Ziedina

Kristine is a lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, providing support to colleagues in resolving matters across various fields of law by conducting in‑depth legal research and drafting procedural documents. Kristine primarily specializes in commercial law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, while also expanding her expertise in the financial sector.

Before joining the PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal team, Kristine gained experience at a sworn advocates’ law firm as well as at one of the largest banks in the Baltics, where she oversaw lending transactions for medium and large corporate clients. This allowed her to acquire valuable experience and a deep understanding of various business models and corporate development strategies.

Kristine holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Law and Business (LL.B) from Riga Graduate School of Law, as well as a Professional Master’s degree in Law and a lawyer’s qualification from the University of Latvia.
