Colonna Kinnisvara acquires Luminor Head Office Building in Latvia

On July 3, 2019 Colonna Kinnisvara closed the sale of Luminor Head Office building in Riga, Latvia. Investors represented by Colonna Kinnisvara OU acquired the property, on Skanstes 12, through the acquisition of the property holding company SIA Skanstes 12.  As part of the transaction, Colonna Kinnisvara has signed a 10-year lease with Luminor for the full building, at market terms.

During the due diligence of the Target and the closing of the transaction Colonna Kinnisvara was advised by PricewaterhouseCoopers managing partner Jānis Lagzdiņš and Senior Associate Jānis Gavars.
